精湛的教学
        五十一中学拥有一支充满爱心、经验丰富的教师队伍。学校现有教职工123人，具有硕士学位的教师10人，有研究生以上学力的教师61人；特级教师3人，高级教师45人；全国优秀教师1人，省优秀教师4人；市、区学科带头人、骨干教师和名师等近50人。
        近年来，我校教师在各级公开课和各类比赛中屡获殊荣，教学成绩在全市排名稳中有升。随着新课程改革的进行，他们在素质教育、研究性学习方面的探索也已初具规模。他们在教育这块沃土上成就着学生的梦想，实现着自己的价值。他们是学校发展的不竭动力和源泉，五十一中学也将由于他们的奋斗实现一个又一个辉煌。
Outstanding Teaching
        The school has many experienced teachers full of love. Among the 123 faculty and staff, there are 10 teachers with master's degree, 61 teachers with or above postgraduate degree, 3 superior teachers, 45 senior teachers, 1 national excellent teacher and 4 provincial excellent teachers. In the long-term teaching practice, about 50 teachers have been honored as model or distinguished teachers on provincial, municipal or district level. 
        In recent years, the teachers of our school have won lots of honorable titles in different levels of demo class competitions; the teaching ranking in Shenyang City is steadily increasing. With the progress of new course reforming，the teachers’ explorations in education for all-round development and inquiry learning begin to take shape. They are realizing the dreams of the students as well as their own value. They are the inexhaustible motive force and source of our school. No. 51 Senior High School will realize its dreams one after another through their hard work.

精英的摇篮         学校坚持以严格的要求规范学生，以高尚的师德感染学生，以扎实的课程发展学生，以优美的环境陶冶学生，以优良的校风影响学生，以丰富的活动提高学生。众多师生在省市乃至全国的竞赛中获奖。教学成绩连年实现“低进高出”的目标，现在，我校的高考水平稳中有升，升入一批本科人数稳定在毕业生人数的25％，二批本科以上稳定在70％，本科以上稳定在95％。学校有完善的奖学金、助学金制度，帮助有志学子梦想成真。         建校51年来，五十一中学为上级学校输送了大量人才。清华、北大、复旦、南开到处都有五十一中学子的足迹。一批又一批青年才俊从这里走向全国，走向世界，走向成功，走向辉煌。 Elite’s Cradle           Our School adheres to regulating the behavior of students with strict requirements, infecting students with noble morality, developing students with a solid curriculum, cultivating students with a beautiful environment, affecting students with good school ethos and enhancing students with ample activities. A large number of teachers and students won awards in provincial and municipal competitions as well as national competitions. Now, the teaching performance and the college entrance level of our school is increasing steadily year by year, and the students admitted into the first level university is stabilized at 25% , the second level 70% and the total number of students who are admitted into universities is about 95%. The school has a comprehensive system of scholarships, grants in order to help the aspiring students to realize their dreams.           Since the school was founded, it has sent thousands of excellent students to universities. The footprints of our students appear in Tsinghua, Beijing, Fudan and Nankai University. Groups of young people go from here to the whole country, to the world, to success, and to glory.
