<span style="font-family: 楷体_GB2312; font-size: 12pt">联想特殊的环境能产生特殊的微生物,绝缘材料厂排放的污水中酚的含量比较高,所以以绝缘材料厂排放的污水作为研究材料,通过筛选、分离和纯化,筛选到能够高效降解酚的两株细菌,并采用形态学、生理生化和克隆<span lang="EN-US">16S rDNA</span>基因、序列比对、构建系统发育树等技术手段,确定菌株的系统进化关系。结果显示:两个菌株<span lang="EN-US">V.P</span>反应、甲基红试验、糖发酵试验都为阴性;吲哚试验为阳性,不产气;<span lang="EN-US">BS8Y</span>属于不动杆细菌属,命名为<i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><span lang="EN-US">Acinetobacter </span></i><span lang="EN-US">sp. BS8Y</span>;<span lang="EN-US">DHS3Y</span>属于假单孢菌属,命名为<i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><span lang="EN-US">Pseudomonas</span></i><span lang="EN-US"> sp. DHS3Y</span>(基因登陆号分别为<span lang="EN-US">EU545154</span>、<span lang="EN-US">EU545155</span>)。对两株菌进行条件优化和驯化后,采用<span lang="EN-US">4-</span>氨基安替吡啉法测定酚含量。结果表明,其降解率在分别达到<span lang="EN-US">75.5%</span>和<span lang="EN-US">80.1%</span>,为进一步开发使用该微生物处理工业含酚废水奠定基础。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 楷体_GB2312; font-size: 12pt">采用蒸馏水浸渍法在超声波作用下,获得了附子浸渍液,采用柱层析法对浸渍液的主要组分进行了分离鉴定,附子浸渍液分离物的五种主要组分为宋果灵<span lang="EN-US">(songorine)</span>、尼奥宁<span lang="EN-US">(neoine)</span>、附子灵<span lang="EN-US">(fuzline)</span>、次乌头碱,<span lang="EN-US"> (hypaconitine)</span>、和中乌头碱<span lang="EN-US">(mesaconiatine)</span>。并进一步研究了浸渍液和各组分的杀虫活性,发现附子浸渍液对桃蚜、长管蚜、银纹夜蛾等害虫均有明显的杀虫效果,每种组分均有一定的杀虫效果其中以次乌头碱效果最好。附子浸渍液及分离物在自然界降解速度快,对环境影响小,由此为新生物农药开发提供很好的材料。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
